2010 Chemical Immobilization and Wildlife Handling Course at the California Wolf Center - Each year, the California Wolf Center hosts a three day classroom and hands-on lab experience addressing all aspects of the capture and handling of captive and free-ranging wildlife. Participants will do extensive laboratory work and will participate in an annual veterinary examination of captive wild wolves. This course is hosted by the California Center and is taught by Mark Johnson, DVM. The next available course will be held January 14, 15, and 16, 2010, and early registration will be available starting September 1, 2009.
