California Wolf Center Return, Exchange, Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please call us for assistance at (760) 765-0030 with your receipt available. We will gladly give a full refund on returns or exchange the item(s) (for an item of equal or lesser value) within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be in new condition (apparel must be unworn and DVDs must be unopened). We cannot refund the cost of shipping on returns or exchanges.

Returns

For returns, you will need to ship the item(s) back to us, and you will be responsible for the return shipping. For exchanges, you will need to ship the item(s) back to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping, but the California Wolf Center will pay for shipping the new item(s) to you.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you after your original item has been received by our office in new/ unworn/ unopened condition. As a result, it may take several weeks before your replacement item(s) can be shipped.

Refunds

If the California Wolf Center sent the wrong item or made an error in the processing of your order, we will refund the cost of the item(s) or ship the exchanged item(s) to you free of charge. We cannot refund the original cost of shipping.

California Wolf Center will not accept the return or exchange of item(s) more than 30 days after date of purchase.

If you would like to cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped to you, we will refund the full cost of the order (including tax and shipping) if we receive your request before your order ships. Please call our office at (760) 765-0030 as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
