All of our tours are 1 hour in length and offer guests an unforgettable experience where you'll have the opportunity to see critically endangered wild wolves and learn all about them from an expert at our Conservation Facility on KQ Ranch Rd. Children 4 and under are free for all public tours.
We offer three tour options: Public Wolf Conservation and Behavioral Enrichment Tours, Private Tours, and Special Event Tours*. See below for more info on our public and private tours. We host the seasonally themed Special Event Tours about once a month, where guests can give our ambassador packs themed enrichment items, and receive a complimentary gift. Public Tour Options
Book a Public TourWolf Conservation Tour - $30 per guest (free for members)
Available Friday through Monday at select times, you’ll receive an educational presentation on the history of wolf conservation in North America during a guided public tour of our two ambassador wolf packs.
Behavioral Enrichment Tour - $45 per guest ($15 for members)
Available Friday through Monday at select times. Learn about our ambassador packs and wolf behavior as you watch staff give out enrichment - which could be food, substrate, scents, etc. - to our two wolf packs to get the wolves more active and expressing natural behaviors during this tour.
Specialty Tour - $50 per guest
(Includes Apple Days Tour, Howl-O-Ween, Thankful Fur You)
Available once a month at select times. Learn about our ambassador packs and wolf behavior as you watch staff give out themed enrichment - which could be food, substrate, scents, etc. - to our two wolf packs and participate in food enrichment tossing to one pack to get the wolves more active and expressing natural behaviors.
Recorrido de la Conservación de Lobos - $30 per guest (free for members)
We're thrilled to announce a new tour addition: we will now be hosting our Wolf Conservation tour in Spanish! Escuche nuestra visita guiada sobre la conservación de lobos en español! Esta es una presentación educativa sobre la historia de la conservación del lobo en Norteamérica a través de un recorrido público guiado de nuestras dos manadas de lobos embajadores. Puedes reservar tu lugar para este recorrido el primer domingo por la mañana de cada mes este otoño.Please be sure to read our parking and visitor rules before booking your tour.

Your group of up to 6 guests can enjoy our Behavioral Enrichment Tour for a more personalized experience. You can also choose to throw the enrichment yourselves for $30.
Private Wolf Conservation Tour - $275 for up to 6 guests
Your group of up to 6 guests can enjoy our Wolf Conservation Tour for a more personalized experience.
*Please note, private Wolf Conservation and Behavioral Enrichment tours are not available on weekends. Private tours must be booked no later than 5 days before the desired date.

What to Bring
- Cameras and binoculars are welcome. Photographs may be taken through the habitat fences.
- We sell bottled water, but we recommend bringing your own.
- We experience extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
- Wear comfortable closed-toed walking shoes and bring sun protection.
- Summer weather can be very hot and dry, and winter weather can be cold and wet.
- Please check weather and road conditions before your visit.
Guest Transportation and Parking Information
Advance reservations are required before visiting our conservation facility. All visitors will need a vehicle to access our property. Sorry, we cannot accommodate drop offs, walk-up guests from K.Q. Ranch, or ride share services such as Uber or Lyft. We have ample parking in a dirt lot at our facility that is a short walk from our education center where the tour will begin.
